The prestigious O'Reilly Medal for best and fairest player in the NSW Premier Cricket has been awarded to our own Tom Jagot (UTS North Sydney) and Nick Stapleton (St George).

Jagot had a sublime season racking up 1000 runs @66.7 in the top grade including three big hundreds. His hundreds included 149* against Parramatta at Bon Andrews, 141 against St George at Hurstville and 104 against Manly at North Sydney Oval. These performances were noticed and Jagot was included in the NSW 2nd XI side for a fixture against ACT/NSW Country.
Stapleton led the St George side from the front with both bat and ball scoring 777 runs @35.3 and also taking 33 wickets @24.0 including a huge hundred (167) against Gordon at Chatswood where another Hype Athlete, Luke Bartier would score his first hundred of the season as well. Stapleton would also take 33 wickets spread out across the season.
